വിദ്യാമിത്ര പ്രൊപ്പോസ്ഡ് കോ-ഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് സൊസൈറ്റി ലിമിറ്റഡ് (1969-ലെ കേരള കോ-ഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് സൊസൈറ്റീസ് ആക്ട് പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യാൻ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്), കേരളത്തിലെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മേഖലയിൽ വിപ്ലവകരമായ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ട് രൂപീകൃതമായ ഒരു സഹകരണ പ്രസ്ഥാനമാണ്. പരമ്പരാഗത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ രീതികളെ ആധുനിക സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയുമായി സംയോജിപ്പിച്ച്, സമൂഹത്തിലെ എല്ലാ വിഭാഗം ജനങ്ങൾക്കും ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം താങ്ങാവുന്ന ചെലവിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കുക എന്നതാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ മുഖ്യ ലക്ഷ്യം.

1. ഭൗതിക കോച്ചിംഗ് സെന്ററുകളും ഡിജിറ്റൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ ആപ്പുകളും (Web/Android/iOS) ഒരേസമയം വികസിപ്പിക്കുക.

കേരള കോ-ഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് സൊസൈറ്റീസ് ആക്ട്, 1969-ന്റെ നിയമവ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധൃതമായി രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ നടപടികൾ പുരോഗമിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പ്രൊപ്പോസ്ഡ് സൊസൈറ്റിയാണ് വിദ്യാമിത്ര. ചാർട്ടേഡ് അക്കൗണ്ടന്റുകൾ, കോസ്റ്റ് അക്കൗണ്ടന്റുകൾ, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വിദഗ്ധർ എന്നിവരടങ്ങുന്ന പ്രൊമോട്ടർ ബോർഡാണ് നിലവിൽ സൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ പ്രാരംഭ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നൽകുന്നത്.
VidhyaMithra is currently in its formal registration phase under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969. The initial operations are governed by an expert Promoter Board comprising Chartered Accountants, Cost Management Accountants (CMAs), and seasoned educational professionals.
